We make most of our products to order. Although it usually doesn't take the full amount of time, please allow a full week until shipment.
We do not have control over shipping once it leaves our door. If you want an upgrade, please email us and we will quote that for you. If you are outside of the Continental USA, expect wait times of up to a month (without shipping upgrade). Thank-you.
Shipping Rates and Policies are as follows:
A Flat Rate of $10 per order is applied, regardless of size, for US and Canada. This is currently for UPS or USPS for US and Global Post for Canada.
We are also set up for shipping to Australia and Italy. Select your country when you are in the checkout menu. These rates are for Global Post International, which is traceable online. If you want UPS International, Priority International or Express Mail International (which are all faster), please email embracedincomfort@gmail.com for a quote.
If you are from another country (other than those listed here), email embracedincomfort@gmail.com and we will arrange shipping for you. We will attempt to ship anywhere you need!
